Student Success Coach – College Admissions Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist students and their families in navigating academic planning, extracurricular enhancement, testing strategies, and application timelines through regular meetings and continuous communication.

• Support students in developing competitive long-term profiles that align with their academic interests, prospective majors, and desired universities.

• Guide students in strategically positioning their narratives, accomplishments, activities, and essays across both the UC application platform and the Common App.

• Act as a reliable and professional advisor for families by offering transparency, reassurance, accountability, and strategic guidance throughout the admissions process.

• Actively track student progress, identify gaps or missed milestones early, and intervene strategically to keep students on course.

• Collaborate closely with Essay Editing, Client Success, and internal leadership teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for students.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in college admissions coaching, counseling, or mentoring is required.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an Independent Educational Consultant (IEC).

• Extensive knowledge of the UC and CSU admissions systems, including Personal Insight Questions (PIQs) and admissions positioning.

• Strong comprehension of the admissions strategies for the Top 100 universities in the U.S.

• Proficiency in leading Zoom meetings, providing feedback, recording video responses, and establishing trust with both students and parents.

• Capability to confidently manage multiple students and families while ensuring high-quality communication and strategic oversight.
