This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Create an annual personal development plan and nurture a vibrant spiritual existence.

• Engage actively in the spiritual community of Young Life.

• Guide teams and individuals in their spiritual growth.

• Hold regular meetings with volunteer leaders and area leadership.

• Recruit, train, and cultivate a diverse leadership team.

• Exemplify excellence in contact work, club activities, Campaigners, and camping.

• Secure financial support and uphold donor relationship practices.

• Provide updates on ministry and developments to donor partners.

• Assist in camp fundraising efforts and participate in committee and adult events.

• Engage in all three tiers of contact work.

• Facilitate Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministries.

• Help execute camping strategies for both summer and school seasons.

• Potentially serve on summer staff or as assigned staff at a Young Life property.

• Comply with Young Life's policies and procedures.

• Establish and review annual ministry and personal objectives.

• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.

• Accurately complete expense reports in a timely manner.

• Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with skills, experience, and area needs.

• Currently pursuing a college degree.

• Demonstrated relational abilities with both children and adults.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of maintaining confidentiality.

• Must express a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

• Must adhere to Young Life’s Statement of Faith and the required staff policies.

• Must be prepared, willing, and capable of fulfilling essential ministry roles.

• Must avoid actions and statements that undermine Young Life’s biblical standards.

• Must comply with Young Life policies and practices.
