This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Uphold a sincere and authentic dedication to comprehending God’s Word and the practices of individual and communal prayer.

• Engage actively in the spiritual dynamics of the Young Life community.

• Guide teams and individuals in their spiritual growth.

• Create an annual personal growth plan that nurtures a dynamic spiritual life.

• Train and oversee a team in formulating a yearly ministry strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of Core Training — Phase One is mandatory.

• Must possess one or more clubs experience in direct ministry.

• Strong relational abilities with both children and adults.

• Proven skills in verbal and written communication.

• Must be capable of maintaining confidentiality.
