Student Services Representative – Part-Time, Student Employee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound and outbound support to students via email, phone, and video conferencing.

• Address inquiries from BYU-Pathway Worldwide students employing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage student casework, which constitutes the primary focus of responsibilities.

• Review updates to knowledge-base policies and maintain familiarity with standard operating procedures.

• Adhere to policies and procedures while participating in regular performance assessments.

• Engage in special projects and carry out administrative tasks as needed.

• Work distribution may vary depending on the academic calendar or team assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a current CES student at Ensign College, BYU-Pathway Worldwide, BYU, BYU-Idaho, or BYU-Hawaii.

• Candidates must physically reside and perform work in Utah or Idaho.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, or currently enrolled in PathwayConnect.

• Students holding an F-1 or J-1 visa must be actively enrolled at Ensign College.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.

• A quiet workspace is required for remote work setup.

• A laptop or desktop computer with a private home setup is necessary; Chromebooks are not permitted.

• Screen resolution must be at least 1024x768 (SVGA).

• Minimum of 4 GB RAM is required.

• Internet connection must meet the specified minimum requirements: 500 KBps upload and 1 MBps download (4 Mbps upload; 8 Mbps download).

• Availability to work scheduled shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
