Student Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Support the Systemic Justice team in fulfilling their research requirements.

• Identify opportunities and challenges related to pursuing cases on racial, social, and economic justice matters in Europe.

• Develop mappings for case management solutions.

• Examine and assess pertinent laws, regulations, and jurisprudence that may guide litigation approaches.

• Gather and condense information on successful models for movement lawyering and community organizing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent research and writing capabilities.

• Ability to deliver detailed legal and other research findings in an organized format.

• Awareness of issues surrounding racial, social, and economic justice.

• Knowledge of the strategic litigation concept.

• Understanding of the legal systems within Europe.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is considered a bonus.
