This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute thorough communication strategies aimed at enhancing the visibility of workforce services and boosting community engagement.
• Develop and oversee professional social media content that showcases program successes and pertinent events.
• Create high-quality content for various platforms, such as websites, blogs, newsletters, and infographics, adhering to company style standards.
• Conduct research and generate evaluative reports on outreach initiatives to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with community organizations to disseminate program information and events, with a focus on recruitment and awareness.
• Uphold strict confidentiality concerning sensitive information related to customers, employees, and partners.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in response to changes in workload, emergencies, and staffing demands.
• Implement targeted recruitment efforts for the Job Corps Program, identifying and engaging eligible youth.
• Execute outreach activities in various environments, including communities, agencies, American Job Centers, and public events.
• Achieve and surpass departmental and center objectives, ensuring ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate orientations and interviews with applicants, including involving parents for minors, to ensure understanding of the program and eligibility criteria.
• Deliver public presentations and orientation sessions to promote the program at schools, community gatherings, and other venues.
• Accurately manage applicant files, including data entry and document scanning.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings and stay updated on organizational changes.
• Arrange travel accommodations for applicants to ensure a seamless transition into the program.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on applicant files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and public speaking capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Expertise in social media, public relations, and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing proficiency.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation tools.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
