📋 Description

• Assist prospective students by guiding them through every phase of the application and enrollment process.

• Interact with leads via phone, email, and video as part of a structured contact strategy.

• Utilize CRM systems to manage, monitor, and optimize the enrollment pipeline.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience through timely, professional, and supportive communication.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for newly enrolled learners.

• Clearly articulate the value, structure, and outcomes of the available program options.

• Help achieve enrollment targets through consistent activities and effective consultative selling.

• Maintain precise records and ensure data integrity across CRM platforms.

• Engage in training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

• Promote student referrals to aid overall enrollment growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar environments, with at least three years in a dedicated sales role.

• Established track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets and KPIs.

• Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and written formats.

• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
