This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Create and implement a regional outreach strategy that caters to cultural and market nuances.
• Enhance brand visibility and stimulate undergraduate and graduate applications throughout Vietnam and possibly the larger SEA region.
• Achieve key performance indicators for outreach initiatives, lead generation, follow-up, and conversions.
• Convert leads within the existing pipeline and generate new leads via fairs, school visits, and localized interactions.
• Act as the main advisor for prospective students following events.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local high school counselors, educational partners, agents, and EducationUSA advisers.
• Deliver weekly updates on outreach efforts, follow-up actions, conversion progress, and market insights.
• Engage in both virtual and in-person recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions.
• Participate in meetings with Temple’s Global Outreach team, providing feedback, market insights, and status reports.
• Organize and facilitate visits from Temple representatives, including senior management.
• Design and execute engagement and outreach initiatives for prospective students, parents, school counselors, education agents, and alumni.
• Oversee and manage the designated budget.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in higher education, international recruitment, or placement services.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic results.
• Previous experience representing an overseas university is preferred.
• Studying or working experience in the USA is advantageous.
• Professional working proficiency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and other regional languages is a plus.
• Preferred access to an established network of local contacts within schools, universities, and counselors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and sound judgment.
• Capability to manage a dynamic agenda across multiple time zones.
• Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Creative problem-solving skills, emotional maturity, and resilience.
• Ability to build rapport with students and families, guiding them through the recruitment process.
