This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and implement a regional outreach strategy that takes into account cultural and market nuances to enhance brand visibility and increase applications throughout LATAM.
• Achieve KPI goals associated with outreach efforts, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Transform leads from Westcliff’s current pipeline and generate new prospects via fairs, school visits, and localized engagement initiatives in Brazil and the broader LATAM area.
• Act as the main advisor for all prospective student follow-ups following each event, ensuring prompt and high-quality engagement.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with local high school counselors.
• Deliver weekly reports that summarize outreach activities, follow-up actions, conversion progress, and market insights.
• Engage in both virtual and in-person recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions throughout LATAM.
• Participate in regular online meetings with Westcliff’s Global Outreach team, including the LATAM Regional Representative, to exchange feedback, market observations, and provide status updates.
• 3–5 years of experience in higher education, international recruitment, or placement services.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Experience representing a foreign university is preferred.
• Study or work experience in the USA is preferred.
• Professional Working Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Experience in graduate recruitment is preferred.
• Established network of local contacts within schools, universities, and counseling services is preferred.
