Student Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You will guide candidates through the initial stages of the application process, ensuring a positive first impression of Wibra;

• Review and assess applications;

• Reach out to candidates via WhatsApp;

• Schedule and conduct online interviews through WhatsApp video calls;

• Evaluate whether a candidate is suitable for the position and for Wibra;

• Arrange a follow-up interview with the store manager;

• Maintain communication with candidates, store managers, regional managers, and the recruitment team;

• Keep track of applicants and ensure timely follow-up with candidates;

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing an mbo 4 or hbo degree;

• You possess strong communication skills and easily connect with young individuals;

• You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks;

• You are digitally proficient and quickly adapt to new systems;

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• You are available for an average of 8 to 12 hours per week;

• You can schedule short work periods spread over at least five days a week;
