Student Qualifying Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate contact with potential students seeking details about programs and the university.

• Verify that prospective students fulfill the required qualifications.

• Connect qualified prospective students with the relevant Admissions Representatives.

• Interact with prospective students through outbound calls, adhering to established scripts and guidelines.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from new students and ensure regular communication with prospects.

• Engage prospective students via the web chat platform.

• Manage the Salesforce database by overseeing inquiry management, documentation, call and activity logging, and a deliberate contact strategy.

• Represent the university in a positive and professional manner during telephone, virtual, and in-person meetings and events.

• Maintain communication with admissions personnel and various university departments.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and listening capabilities.

• Ability to learn and effectively utilize admissions databases and CRM tools.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Experience in higher education is preferred.

• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills are preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment to achieve exceptional results is preferred.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities are preferred.
