Student Nurse Anesthetist – SRNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Offer Registered Nurses the chance to enroll in an accredited nurse anesthesia program, or support those who are already attending.

• Complete the application process and gain acceptance into this program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program from a nurse anesthesia school that is recognized by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).

• A minimum of 2 years of critical care experience is required for acceptance into the program.

• Current RN licensure is essential.

🏝️ Benefits

• A $45,000 lump sum payment will be provided to the SRNA while in school, in exchange for a 36-month commitment post-graduation.

• A $60,000 hiring incentive is available, distributed in 6 equal payments of $10,000 every 6 months over a 36-month period.

• An annual stipend of $15,000 for 1.0 FTEs (or prorated for those working less than 1.0 FTE) will be paid monthly based on FTE status.

• An annual CME allowance of $2,500 for 1.0 FTEs, adjusted for those working fewer hours.

• A relocation budget of $8,000 is available for CRNAs whose permanent residence is more than 50 miles away.
