
Student Financial Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of a portfolio of continuing students, guiding them through the financial process independently.
• Address student inquiries and proactively identify financial concerns with a customer-centered approach.
• Provide counseling to students to ensure they meet their financial obligations.
• Assess and analyze student financial needs while reviewing available funding sources.
• Inform and guide students and their families about the eligibility criteria and responsibilities associated with financial aid programs.
• Review and assess necessary documentation to package financial awards effectively.
• Assist with collections and facilitate communications related to student accounts.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all financial aid documents.
• Keep students updated on the status of their financial aid files and refunds.
• Generate periodic reports before and during the academic term.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial aid is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• A strong passion for student success and higher education is essential.
• Must be empathetic, patient, and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities are required.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
