📋 Description

• Lead CEO-level initiatives from the identification of issues to their resolution.

• Monitor OKRs, decisions, obstacles, responsibilities, and timelines across various teams.

• Assist with licensing applications, market expansion, recruitment, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

• Create concise briefs, updates, research documents, meeting summaries, and action trackers.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.

• Recognize execution gaps and motivate teams to address them.

• Manage urgent business challenges that do not align with a single department.

• Effective communicator, organized thinker, and a reliable follow-through operator.

• Capable of engaging directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, urgent issues, and changing priorities.

• Possess sound judgment regarding critical matters, obstacles, and necessary escalations.

• Skilled in keeping teams on track without introducing unnecessary processes.

• Previous experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led settings is a significant advantage.
