This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Customer interaction & pharmaceutical care: conducting telephone intakes and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Case management: reviewing and updating client files, ensuring medication safety, and identifying any notable issues.

• Collaboration with pharmacists: coordinating on prescriptions and discrepancies, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with laws and regulations.

• Process coordination: supporting remote logistical processes and contributing ideas for improvements in workflow and quality.

• Quality assurance: assisting in the enforcement of procedures and participating in the optimization of digital healthcare processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pharmacy student, in their third year or higher.

• Relevant work experience is a significant advantage.

• Affinity for digital healthcare and experience with online systems.

• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and meticulous.

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

• Independent, responsible, and well-organized.

• Proactive and capable of suggesting improvements.

• Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week (currently, we are looking for individuals available in the evenings and on weekends).
