This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Timely and professional responses to emails, phone calls, and Slack messages
β’ Offer supportive and empathetic assistance to students, families, schools, and district partners
β’ Address critical issues by escalating them to Leads and Managers when necessary
β’ Oversee and reply to emails in the shared transportation inbox
β’ Work collaboratively with team members to swiftly and thoughtfully address service concerns
β’ Adhere to daily task checklists and CST processes with precision
β’ Oversee and assign tasks from the shared inbox
β’ Report no-shows for three consecutive days and conduct radio checks as required
β’ Proactively inform the team when there are email or Slack backlogs
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
β’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
β’ Exceptional time management and inbox organization skills
β’ Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
β’ Access to a reliable computer and internet connection is essential
β’ No weekend work required
β’ Availability for full-time or part-time schedules
