This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee the front-line support team and manage daily operations within communication platforms
β’ Address escalated customer calls and concerns
β’ Ensure that essential response metrics are achieved
β’ Identify and resolve safety and service-related issues
β’ Assist in the onboarding and training process for new service partners
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
β’ Prior experience in team leadership or workflow management is preferred
β’ Ability to work remotely and utilize cloud-based collaboration tools
β’ Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
