Student Admissions Consultant – Educational Advising, Client Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist potential students throughout the admissions and enrollment journey

• Deliver prompt, dependable, and high-quality support

• Maintain admissions records with utmost precision

• Initiate strategies to enhance the experience for prospective students

• Cultivate strong partnerships with the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) and job centers

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English (C1+ level in each language)

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Empathetic with a talent for motivating candidates about new opportunities

• Comfortable making phone calls; sales experience is highly advantageous

• Demonstrated attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation

• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive is a significant advantage)

• Willingness to test and embrace new technological tools

• Strong capability to establish and sustain relationships with public institutions

• Eagerness to represent StartSteps at informational events
