Structural Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the direction, coordination, planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects.

• Engage with clients to comprehend and fulfill project requirements.

• Cultivate new client relationships and revenue streams.

• Strategize and structure engineering programs, organizing project teams as per project demands.

• Conduct analysis and design for Industrial and Advanced Manufacturing buildings and structures.

• Manage project design deliverables and collaborate with design team members, overseeing the work of engineers and modelers, while guiding project staff in the preparation of contract documents such as drawings and specifications.

• Guide project staff in the development of contract documents.

• Accountable for team, project, and deliverable quality assurance and quality control (QAQC).

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience.

• A degree in structural engineering or a related field (master's preferred).

• Strong technical expertise in the structural design of steel and concrete structures.

• In-depth knowledge of steel connection design.

• Proficiency in contemporary industry software, including Microsoft Excel, Mathcad, Tekla Structures, Revit, and AutoCAD.

• Experience leading a team of 3-8 individuals.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Possession of a PE and/or SE license.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
