This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create personalized strength training programs tailored to client objectives, experience levels, available equipment, and scheduling limitations.
• Deliver expert analysis of form and coaching on technique via video review and in-app messaging.
• Formulate nutrition plans designed to enhance strength development, achieve body composition targets, and promote overall health.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through in-app messaging and scheduled video consultations.
• Offer continuous education to clients alongside the Caliber in-app lessons, covering various subjects such as nutrition, supplements, training, and exercise techniques.
• Actively track client progress and modify programming based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Work in collaboration with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to enhance the experience for each Caliber member.
• NCCA accredited certification is required, with a preference for CSCS, NSCA-CPT, or other credentials focused on strength and conditioning (ACSM, ACE, NASM are also acceptable).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in online coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of proper exercise techniques, particularly for key weight training movements such as the bench press, squat, and deadlift.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and various fitness levels.
• Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
