Strategy & Product Owner, Conversational AI – Non-Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the Business Strategy Product Owner for our voice and chat Conversational AI Agents on the Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECx) and Google Dialogflow CX platforms.

• You will craft and refine our strategy, outline our feature roadmap, and establish priorities to meet our business objectives.

• Subsequently, you will work closely with our architects and developers to realize that vision through ongoing iterations.

• You will act as the vital link between technical and business stakeholders, assisting in translating business objectives into technical solutions and vice versa.

• Together, we will convert highly complex technology into outstanding experiences for both our customers and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with voice and chat conversational AI platforms, ideally with Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECx), Google Dialogflow CX, or similar enterprise AI solutions.

• Established ability to formulate and implement product strategies, manage intricate product roadmaps, and convert business vision into practical product initiatives, particularly in a matrix organization.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience utilizing customer data, market research, and business metrics to guide strategic decisions, validate assumptions, and create compelling business cases.

• Practical experience in conducting customer discovery, user research, and employing user-centered service design methodologies to extract insights and foster product innovation.

• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams, influence without direct authority, and navigate complex organizational dynamics to achieve alignment and execution.
