Global Product Manager, SQF

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective management of SQF certification services pertaining to Food and other relevant sectors.

• Efficiently lead the Global SQF team across multiple locations.

• Ensure that both global internal and external KPIs are achieved.

• Establish pertinent internal and external KPIs and track their progress.

• Oversee the implementation of new SQF schemes and their revisions.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other Product Managers regarding globally managed food schemes.

• Actively engage in relevant committees or working groups of scheme owners.

• Foster trusted relationships with the SQF Scheme technical management and senior leadership at Safe Food Quality Institute (SQFI).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Food or other applicable scientific disciplines).

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and auditing.

• Comprehensive understanding and experience in the SQF certification industry and food safety regulations.

• Strong leadership abilities and skills in managing teams.

• Capability to merge technical credibility with relationship management and commercial insight.

• Digital mindset with experience in compliance, food safety, and regulatory intelligence platforms.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
