Product Manager, Growth AI Outreach Motion

Posted 8 hours ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish the role of the AI specialist: outlining its knowledge base, engagement methods, boundaries, and handoff processes. Take charge of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Initiate and expand the inbound approach across chat, voice, and email channels for prospects and new users who require assistance with products, pricing, and onboarding. Propel rapid improvements in answer quality and resolution rates.

• Create the triage and qualification framework. The AI specialist should evaluate the user it interacts with, comprehend the size and complexity of the opportunity, and route accordingly: guiding smaller users through their complete journey while qualifying larger prospects and transferring them to sales with comprehensive context.

• Establish escalation pathways to the vendor support and sales teams. Ensure seamless handoffs, maintain context, and resolve all user interactions.

• Extend beyond the initial interaction into onboarding and cross-selling, assisting users in activating products, discovering new offerings, and increasing their usage of Stripe.

• Utilize Stripe's existing product recommendations, merchant context, onboarding systems, and outreach platforms, rather than creating new solutions from scratch.

• Be accountable for the revenue generated from this approach. Define success metrics and uphold responsibility from conversion through to expansion, including pipeline generated through AI-qualified leads.

• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, design, data science, marketing, sales, and support teams to execute swiftly while upholding Stripe's standards for quality and trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, leading products from strategic planning to successful delivery.

• Proven experience in developing AI-powered, conversational, or agentic products. You understand the intricacies of deploying AI that performs reliably for actual users, beyond just demonstrations.

• A history of driving revenue or business outcomes through product-led strategies.

• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven product development and large-scale experimentation.

• Capability to integrate existing systems into a cohesive product strategy rather than defaulting to entirely new builds.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster alignment among a diverse group of stakeholders.

• A proactive ownership mindset. You are dedicated to problem-solving and delivering results.
