This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead client engagements by transforming complex data into actionable insights that facilitate strategic decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
• Design, manage, and implement analytics initiatives that involve both structured and unstructured data using contemporary analytical techniques.
• Oversee projects from the initial requirements gathering phase through to implementation, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Spearhead or assist in the deployment of software, automation, and analytics solutions within enterprise environments and modern cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, and technology functions to provide comprehensive cross-functional solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients on data governance, data quality, security considerations, and sustainable operating models that foster enterprise adoption.
• Assess emerging technologies, including AI-driven analytics and automation capabilities, that can enhance client outcomes.
• Mentor and cultivate team members while encouraging continuous learning and the adoption of new technologies.
• Assist in recruiting, talent development, and team-building initiatives.
• Propel business development through relationship cultivation, opportunity identification, and proposal creation.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bachelor's degree is required; quantitative disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
• Experience in analytics, consulting, audit, technology implementation, or other related client-service environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills when interacting with clients.
• Proven experience in driving growth through both new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships.
• Experience in leading teams and managing complex engagements.
• Demonstrated capability to independently research, solve problems, and develop practical solutions.
• Proven experience in deploying and scaling analytics, automation, or data solutions within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting middle-market organizations, private equity-backed companies, or other complex operating environments is preferred.
• Preferred technical expertise includes ETL and automation tools (Alteryx, Power Query, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in programming and analytics languages (Python preferred; R acceptable).
• Knowledge of data querying and database technologies (SQL and relational databases).
• Experience with cloud and modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or equivalent).
