This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Construct and enhance complete user funnels: including landing pages, onboarding processes, activation flows, paywalls, CRM, and retention strategies.
β’ Examine user behavior, pinpoint obstacles, and conduct A/B tests to boost conversion rates.
β’ Create positioning and benefit-oriented messaging for new features and updates.
β’ Maintain consistency in messaging across advertisements, landing pages, product interfaces, and CRM communications.
β’ Spearhead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for feature launches and product introductions.
β’ Prepare comprehensive briefs and work collaboratively with product, marketing, design, analytics, and creative teams.
β’ Perform user research, interviews, surveys, and Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) analysis.
β’ Monitor market and competitor trends in web and mobile applications, AI, and EdTech.
β’ Manage lifecycle flows: encompassing onboarding, activation, reactivation, upselling, and churn reduction.
β’ Track essential funnel metrics and produce performance reports.
β’ Generate briefs for creative assets: including landing pages, paywalls, product videos, and advertisement creatives.
β’ Simplify complex product features into engaging visuals and concise copy.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a related field within web marketing or product analytics.
β’ Proficient in SQL with experience handling large datasets.
β’ Thorough understanding of critical marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period).
β’ Experience in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and revenue forecasting.
β’ Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, etc., for dashboard creation and data visualization.
β’ Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution is a plus.
β’ Experience with subscription-based business models.
β’ Development of predictive models to assess marketing investments.
β’ Strong ability to take ownership and deliver comprehensive solutions.
β’ Ability to work remotely.
