This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +32 more states.
• Serve as a valuable resource for executives, management teams, and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with senior management and C-suite to devise and execute growth strategies for each product line.
• Lead the strategic and business planning for enterprise initiatives, product line strategies, and operational enhancements.
• Develop insights on market conditions, competition, opportunities, and strategic partnerships relevant to each product line.
• Generate actionable insights and execute strategies to foster business growth and support.
• Oversee and manage essential operational metrics and KPIs for the business units and the organization as a whole.
• Establish scalable internal processes and systems that enhance operational improvements across Finance, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market (GTM).
• Present analyses and recommendations to key leaders throughout the organization.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of post-bachelor's experience in management consulting, finance, and/or strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large-scale data analysis (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Experience with generative AI tools to enhance workflows and productivity is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with business systems such as Salesforce, Notion, and customer success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero), or a willingness to learn swiftly.
• Proven ability to create presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders ranging from operators to executives and board members.
• A passion for solving complex challenges, a desire to learn, and a commitment to driving change.
• Enthusiasm for gaining deeper insights into the healthcare ecosystem.
• Prior experience in a healthcare provider or healthcare software/technology setting is advantageous.
