Strategy & Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and onboard a range of enterprise customer accounts

• Manage the customization process to achieve measurable outcomes for clients

• Develop the product roadmap aligned with client requirements

• Generate ideas and prototype new products and agents to facilitate scaling

• Create production prototypes for handoff to the engineering team

• Serve as a liaison between the client and product divisions of the business

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience

• Experience in a client-facing role is preferred

• Background in junior banking, junior consulting, or startup strategy and operations

• Highly analytical with a genuine interest in the AI search industry

• Proficient with AI tools and comfortable utilizing modern technology
