Strategy Manager – Native or Fluent German required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will conduct one-on-one strategy calls with clients and provide them with clear next steps.

• You serve as the main point of contact for clients who are uncertain about their next actions, have achieved their goals but require further guidance, or are dissatisfied due to lack of progress.

• You possess a comprehensive understanding of the client’s strategic journey.

• You act as a dependable sparring partner, bringing strategic insight to discussions.

• You contribute your strategic expertise actively to both clients and the team.

• You work closely with other experts and the team to ensure an optimal customer journey regarding strategy and will receive support from an Account Manager.

• Experience in Customer Success and client support.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and structured in your approach to work.

• Proficient use of remote communication tools such as Slack, Google Meet, and Asana.

• A team-player mentality.

• You embody the LLP values and vision, both internally and with clients.

• Initiative in proactively contributing to process and product enhancements.

• Resilience and flexibility to respond confidently in challenging situations.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum of C1 level.
