Strategy, Growth, Transformation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Construct and integrate analytical outputs that directly influence critical strategic and investment decisions.

• Showcase business insight to pinpoint relevant factors in analyses that may not have been initially accounted for.

• Create and enhance financial models, scenario analyses, and data-driven insights to aid executive decision-making.

• Convert complex analyses into concise, executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.

• Lead the day-to-day execution of vital initiatives by organizing workstreams, defining deliverables, and sustaining momentum through project management principles.

• Monitor and coordinate deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies across enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Ensure workstreams adhere to timelines while proactively escalating risks or bottlenecks.

• Serve as an extension of the Head of Strategy, stepping into initiatives as necessary to advance work, address gaps, and maintain continuity in fast-paced or resource-limited areas.

• Act as a liaison among internal stakeholders and external advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or related roles; experience in a professional services or B2B organization is preferred.

• Proven ability to formulate solutions to ambiguous challenges and drive them to completion.

• Strong financial and analytical capabilities; experience in financial modeling is preferred, but not the sole focus.

• Experience in leading projects, with preference given to candidates who have managed a portfolio of projects.

• A successful track record of collaboration and communication across the organization, from front-line staff to executive leadership, utilizing various communication methods and channels.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, unstructured setting.
