This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Manage the long-term forecasting process for the overhaul facilities.
• Facilitate alignment between product-line demand and the capacity of the overhaul shops.
• Collaborate with product-line teams to gain insights into long-term demand for internal Power by the Hour and Time & Material shop visits.
• Work alongside overhaul shops and offload providers to assess capacity and capabilities at each location.
• Conduct demand and capacity analyses to pinpoint discrepancies.
• Identify alternatives and foster consensus on solutions to address capacity shortfalls.
• Guide proposals through capital approval processes as necessary.
• Supervise program managers tasked with delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and implement best practices for program management.
• Oversee the program management team handling large-scale expansion projects within the network.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and over 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing project management.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 additional years of experience in industrial manufacturing project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex facility expansions or new construction projects from the planning stage to execution.
• Previous experience in people management or a proven readiness to lead, develop, and support a team in a formal leadership capacity.
• Capability to establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable with fairness and respect.
• Proficiency in driving follow-through and maintaining high standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various cultures, regions, and diverse viewpoints.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
