Strategic Projects & Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Assist in strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects involving Enlight and Clēnera.

• Create executive-level presentations, business analyses, and materials for senior leadership.

• Oversee post-merger integration (PMI) efforts to enhance collaboration and operational cohesion.

• Design and refine business processes and workflows across various functions.

• Establish, track, and assess KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Work alongside teams in the U.S. and Israel to address operational challenges and drive implementation.

• Create structured processes, support change management initiatives, and provide training as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, process enhancement, consulting, or post-merger integration.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional PowerPoint, presentation creation, and executive storytelling skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Professional experience within the U.S.

• Familiarity with Israeli organizations.

• U.S. resident with outstanding English communication skills.
