This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and facilitate the development of enterprise strategy and strategic planning processes.
• Oversee annual and quarterly planning cycles, leadership alignment activities, and the creation of the enterprise roadmap.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Identify, define, and evaluate new strategic opportunities.
• Formulate business inquiries, establish work plans, assess market and internal dynamics, estimate potential value, and develop recommendations for leadership.
• Perform financial, commercial, operational, and performance analyses to inform strategic decisions, business cases, investment prioritization, opportunity evaluations, and enterprise performance management.
• Manage OKR governance and maintain the strategy execution rhythm.
• Collaborate with leaders to set objectives, key results, owners, milestones, dependencies, and routines for tracking progress.
• Monitor enterprise priorities, OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives; recognize risks, blockers, interdependencies, financial implications, and decision points.
• Create executive-ready updates, presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, business cases, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Assist in priority strategic initiatives and special projects by defining scope, planning, engaging stakeholders, establishing success measures, and setting execution milestones.
• Enhance the infrastructure for strategy execution, reporting standards, documentation practices, operational rhythms, and accountability measures.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed and adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, finance, economics, operations, strategy, data analytics, or a related area.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategy execution, business operations, transformation, consulting, finance, analytics, program management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supporting strategy development, enterprise strategic planning, OKRs, KPIs, roadmap, performance management, business reviews, or portfolio prioritization in a cross-functional setting.
• Experience in conducting financial analysis, developing business cases, opportunity sizing, market assessments, operating model analysis, performance analysis, or investment evaluation.
• Capability to lead complex workstreams, manage competing priorities, foster stakeholder alignment, and transition initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Comfortable working with financial models, performance reporting, dashboards, and project or execution management tools.
• A combination of education and experience that is equivalent may be acceptable.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, laboratory operations, or regulated life sciences.
• Preferred: Experience in assessing strategic growth opportunities, partnerships, product or service expansion, market opportunities, operational improvements, or enterprise investment priorities.
• Preferred: Familiarity with WorkBoard, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
• Preferred: Training or certification in project management, change management, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, OKR methodology, data visualization, financial modeling, or business intelligence.
