Strategy and Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to evaluate emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

• Analyze both internal and external data to uncover insights, quantify opportunities, and validate strategic recommendations.

• Organize and oversee project plans for assigned initiatives, ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and timelines stay on track.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to collect inputs, test assumptions, and refine strategic recommendations.

• Create presentations and share findings with stakeholders to inform recommendations for senior leadership.

• Assist with operational improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and scalability.

• Help assess and define business processes, workflows, reporting needs, and operating models to facilitate future growth.

• Undertake additional tasks and projects as necessary to support the changing needs of team objectives and company goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups, technology, healthcare, finance, operations, or education (preferred but not mandatory).

• Currently pursuing an MBA, have completed an MBA, or planning to start an MBA soon (non-MBA candidates with relevant operational experience are encouraged to apply).

• A self-starter with strong analytical abilities and a deep intellectual curiosity; actively seeks solutions to complex challenges, providing clear, actionable steps to address ambiguity.

• Merges confidence in independent problem-solving with the humility to seek input, question assumptions, and enhance recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.

• Driven by the desire to make a significant impact on student well-being, success, and outcomes.
