Partner Operations Specialist, Partner Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop operational playbooks that facilitate channel expansion.

• Ensure compliance and standardization within partner operations.

• Outline and manage the entire partner journey: from prospecting and onboarding to enablement, activation, and growth.

• Establish processes that expedite partner activation.

• Create training materials, documentation, and resources for enablement.

• Implement and manage tools such as CRM, PRM (Partner Relationship Management), and integration platforms.

• Develop automated workflows for opportunity logging, lead management, deal tracking, and commission processing.

• Integrate channel data with sales and marketing teams' efforts.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to produce documentation, workflows, and support for integrations.

• Establish co-selling and co-marketing processes.

• Monitor the effectiveness of experiments and campaigns, implementing automation to enhance efficiency in customer retention and expansion.

• Create a tool for calculating and tracking partner commission payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership operations, channel operations, or business operations.

• Background in SaaS or B2B technology firms.

• Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Impartner, Allbound).

• Experience in process management and operational enhancements.

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.

• Experience in settings with multiple integrations and multichannel experiments.

• Proficient in tools for creating AI agents, automations, and integration workflows (e.g., n8n, Flowise, Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs).

• Hands-on experience with automating and integrating CRM tools such as HubSpot.

• Capability to read and interpret API documentation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical requirements to business stakeholders.

• Proactive approach and strong prioritization abilities.
