This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a cloud customer success manager, delivering FinOps services to a specific clientele.
• Function as a subject matter expert on cloud billing and licensing frameworks.
• Address and resolve intricate customer inquiries or grievances.
• Implement best practice protocols related to onboarding, provisioning, tools, reporting, and escalations.
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Azure clients.
• Must either hold or be willing to acquire FinOps Practitioner Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technology-related discipline; a graduate degree is a plus.
• Background in optimizing workflows and executing process enhancements.
• Strong technical and business problem-solving abilities alongside sound judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, presentation capabilities, and the ability to engage with colleagues and customers across all technical levels.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience collaborating with clients on business solutions.
• Must have at least one year of prior experience with public cloud billing and licensing models or a willingness to learn.
• Must have at least one year of prior experience using the Microsoft Azure Portal or similar cloud platforms, or a willingness to learn.
