• Take charge of and influence the business results in this rapidly growing sector, strategically planning for future expansion phases.
• Innovate by devising creative approaches to structuring incentives, business models, and operational methods to ensure agility and facilitate efficient scaling.
• Over 10 years of experience leading complex growth projects or business programs in dynamic environments.
• A demonstrated history of building and scaling new business ventures.
• Experience in the consumer services sector, particularly within digital companies, is preferred.
• Direct experience in launching and scaling growth initiatives, including paid marketing, referral programs, ambassador programs, distribution partnerships, affiliates, and innovative growth experiments.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a profound understanding of guest needs and market dynamics.
• Capability to distill complex information into clear business strategies.
• Ability to swiftly identify new growth opportunities, align relevant stakeholders, and rapidly test ideas to assess their viability.
• Consistently able to recognize opportunities and costs to prioritize time and resource allocation effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in fostering collaboration among diverse teams, promoting transparency, accountability, and a shared vision.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and independently executing complex programs.
• A passion for innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience in leading both strategic and tactical execution within a large organization.
• Skilled in self-learning and developing tools to improve processes, assess business risks, and recommend best practices.
