This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Report directly to the Strategy Director
• Offer strategic insights and guidance to the team
• Work in partnership with internal teams on both quantitative and qualitative research
• Oversee social listening and web analytics reports
• Compile research findings, extract insights, and create creative briefings for clients and teams
• Conduct research on clients, industries, competitors, and market trends
• Evaluate competitive best practices in digital marketing and establish benchmarks
• Perform digital ecosystem audits of brands’ online presence and touchpoints
• Identify opportunities to elevate clients’ digital presence and optimize the online marketing mix
• Design and manage digital strategies across various multidisciplinary teams
• Recommend, organize, and carry out research and analysis activities
• Summarize and convey research findings to clients and project teams
• Provide insights into clients’ strategic direction
• Collaborate on the development of overarching strategies
• Establish measurement strategies for strategy development and site or program optimization
• Showcase the value of integrating strategic services into client engagements
• Offer thought leadership on requirements gathering, consumer research, insights, site measurement, marketing, and strategic planning
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, brand planning, business analysis, qualitative research, or a similar field
• Experience in a marketing or advertising agency is advantageous
• Proven experience in developing and presenting client proposals and presentations
• Ability to articulate complex topics clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with qualitative and ethnographic research methods
• Experience in creating and implementing digital design personas
• Knowledge of marketing research and sciences to design and analyze complex studies
• Excellent collaboration skills with a strong team-oriented approach
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability

• Must reside in Canada and be eligible to work in Canada, specifically in British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario
