Strategist, Agent Development – French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• As part of our Agent Strategist team at Sierra, you will collaborate with our Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to define, develop, and deploy AI agents that manage thousands of customer interactions daily.

• You will be pivotal in agent development, merging product strategy, conversational design, and customer insights to create high-quality agents.

• Act as a trusted advisor for our customers and guide their AI strategies.

• Design, build, and enhance conversational AI agents, gaining firsthand experience in how these products are created and refined.

• Lead the execution and delivery of several complex, high-profile agent development projects.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the entire agent development lifecycle.

• Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders while fostering robust relationships.

• Provide data-driven, strategic insights to inform customer and internal team decisions.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and advancing projects with clarity.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles, empowering you to serve as a strategic partner to customers and internal teams as we transform visionary concepts into agents.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to understand intricate concepts, identify risks and issues, formulate mitigation strategies, and navigate unexpected challenges in customer relationships and products.

• Leadership and Project Management: Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple projects concurrently, motivating and guiding teams to deliver innovative ideas and exceptional agents.

• Foundational Knowledge: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience that showcases comparable expertise is highly advantageous.

• An MBA or related experience at the intersection of technology and operations is also a significant plus.
