This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Grow production within current nationally contracted wholesale brokers while selectively forming new contracts.
• Identify and engage with producers, practice leaders, and teams actively involved in placing target business.
• Establish Futuristic Underwriters as a primary market choice aligned with underwriting appetite and growth goals.
• Conduct consistent, purpose-driven in-person and virtual meetings.
• Lead discussions on production, underwriting, and profitability with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Develop and implement actionable producer development plans with defined metrics.
• Provide market intelligence and maintain systematic documentation.
• Represent Futuristic Underwriters at key industry events.
• Implement initiatives that promote profitable growth.
• Demonstrated experience in wholesale distribution, producer development, and relationship management.
• Proven success in collaborating with large wholesale brokerage firms.
• Strong knowledge of Excess & Surplus insurance products and lines of business.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and execute with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience or professional designations are preferred.
