This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full responsibility for intricate, multi-workstream customer engagements, encompassing scope, timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to establish success criteria, governance frameworks, and outcome validation processes.
• Convert business objectives into detailed delivery plans, work breakdown structures, and cross-functional execution strategies.
• Implement strict scope control, change management, and financial oversight across strategic projects.
• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, including Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to guarantee synchronized delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and organizational aspects.
• Ensure that technical solutions are architecturally robust by collaborating with technical teams, without acting as the primary engineer.
• Lead steering committees and executive status reviews, providing updates on progress, risks, and alignment of outcomes.
• Create reusable playbooks, governance structures, and strategic delivery standards to enhance the overall Professional Services practice.
• Mentor Senior TPMs and contribute to the development of leadership capabilities within the team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• More than 7 years of experience managing enterprise-grade software or SaaS implementations within Professional Services or Technical Consulting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-workstream engagements with complex stakeholder landscapes and contract values exceeding $500K.
• Strong capabilities in project governance, financial management, and aligning with executive stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, data models, and enterprise integrations to effectively guide architectural conversations and manage risks.
• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Outstanding communication skills suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to function effectively in dynamic, fast-paced product environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.
