This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the technical relationship with DigitalOcean’s most valuable clients, which include Fortune 500 companies and leading global technology entities.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor and primary executive contact, establishing deep, enduring relationships with stakeholders at the VP and SVP levels.
• Conduct regular technical and strategic alignment meetings (QBRs, EBRs), proactively influencing the customer’s roadmap to enhance the value derived from DigitalOcean's infrastructure.
• Function as a thought partner, encouraging clients to modernize, optimize, and scale their AI/ML and GPU workloads through advanced cloud architecture methodologies.
• Interact with C-level and VP-level contacts with confidence, clarity, and authority.
• Present high-impact, boardroom-ready presentations regarding architectural decisions, cost-performance trade-offs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to ensure DigitalOcean maintains alignment with executives and controls accounts at every level.
• Provide specialized guidance on designing and scaling AI/ML, containerized, and GPU-intensive workloads on DigitalOcean.
• Assist clients with architectural planning, workload migration, performance optimization, and incident response.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve customer challenges and steer the product roadmap according to enterprise requirements.
• Be responsible for the technical success of a portfolio comprised of DigitalOcean’s largest and most strategic accounts.
• Identify avenues for expanding workloads, optimizing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Represent the customer’s voice by offering structured feedback to influence DigitalOcean's offerings and market strategies.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts in a customer-facing technical capacity (TAM, Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
• Proven experience with large-scale organizations such as AMD, Intel, or comparable companies, including managing executive-level relationships and effectively navigating matrixed stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud architecture specific to AI/ML, encompassing GPU orchestration, inference/training pipelines, and model deployment.
• Proficient in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiar with DigitalOcean or other developer-centric platforms.
• Strong practical skills with Linux systems, networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Programming and scripting expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages, particularly relevant to AI/ML and MLOps applications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure stacks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, Hugging Face, NVIDIA Triton, etc.
• Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX, with hands-on experience optimizing GPU workloads on both NVIDIA (CUDA, TensorRT) and AMD (ROCm, MIOpen) platforms.
• Comfortable with contemporary DevOps and data stack tools (CI/CD, GitOps, observability, pipelines).
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive decision-makers.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex technical subjects in terms of strategic business impact.
• At ease presenting to large groups, conducting technical workshops, and justifying architectural decisions.
