Strategic Sourcing Specialist – IFM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders concerning the enhancement of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Accountable for providing market, supplier, and operational intelligence related to services operations.

• Identify and lead suitable field resources to implement strategic initiatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies.

• Actively engage with clients and collaborate with Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams.

• Conduct periodic market trend analysis within specific categories.

• Present analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.

• Responsible for the implementation, coordination, and communication of regional and national programs.

• Assist the Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.

• Provide management, guidance, and follow-up in support of operations teams’ RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Ensure adherence to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university

• 3+ years of experience in indirect strategic sourcing or a related field

• Preferred experience in project management and business transitions

• Proficient PC skills, particularly in MS Office applications
