Strategic Sourcing Partner – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive talent market analysis to pinpoint key talent pools, competitors, and emerging trends.

• Offer insights regarding talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring risks to guide workforce planning.

• Create and implement innovative, multi-faceted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.

• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing platforms, and market mapping methodologies.

• Develop and sustain strong pipelines of passive candidates aligned with critical and future hiring needs.

• Engage with candidates early and foster long-term relationships to ensure a pool of readily available talent.

• Deliver personalized, high-touch outreach that embodies Fortive’s employer brand.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with top talent to position Fortive as an employer of choice.

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to synchronize on profiles, skills, and market strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate sourcing metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity mix) to enhance effectiveness.

• Activate employer branding initiatives through sourcing channels, social media platforms, and talent communities.

• Act as a market-facing ambassador for Fortive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or a related HR field.

• Over 4 years of experience in strategic sourcing for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development).

• Demonstrated success in building pipelines for challenging and niche roles.

• Extensive knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven search technologies, and talent mapping techniques.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert market data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities across various geographies and markets.

• Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts strategies based on market conditions.
