Strategic Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a central force for both strategic sourcing and procurement operations.

• Take full responsibility for the complete sourcing and negotiation lifecycle for our mid-tier spend range ($25k–$250k contract value).

• Oversee daily procurement operations.

• Lead the digital transformation of our intake-to-pay infrastructure as a project manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or supply chain management, ideally within a rapidly growing tech or healthcare sector.

• Demonstrable success in independently negotiating mid-tier technology (SaaS), Marketing, Consulting, and Professional Services contracts.

• Practical experience with contemporary Procurement/P2P software and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools; leading or significantly supporting a P2P tool implementation is a substantial advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the capability to convert spend data into well-structured, actionable insights.

• Outstanding time-management and project management abilities; adept at managing multiple fast-paced sourcing projects concurrently alongside a significant software rollout.

• Proficient in navigating cross-functional challenges and negotiating effectively with vendors.
