Strategic Sourcing Manager

• Formulating and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives aimed at cost optimization.

• Overseeing supplier relationships and directing competitive bidding procedures.

• Engaging in contract negotiations and promoting ongoing enhancements in procurement operations.

• Performing thorough supplier assessments and competitive bidding processes.

• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to comprehend requirements and synchronize procurement efforts.

• Guaranteeing adherence to procurement policies while maintaining suitable documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related discipline.

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in facilities management, real estate, professional services, or similar sectors.

• Exceptional negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving cost reductions and advantageous contract terms.

• Established experience in managing strategic supplier relationships and executing competitive sourcing initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in spend analysis and data-driven decision-making.

• Solid project management skills, capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects.

• Proficient in procurement systems, contract management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Knowledge of contract law, risk management, and procurement best practices.
