This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This position is tasked with leveraging expertise and a systematic approach to pursue strategic agreements, cultivating a solid pipeline of opportunities, and driving them to completion within the designated region.
• It necessitates the development of strategic relationships and horizontal selling.
• Strategic solution executives must have a comprehensive understanding of the customer's environment to effectively link GEHC’s capabilities with the relevant and prioritized needs of the provider's organization.
• SSEs are required to possess exceptional experience in prompting clients to explore options beyond conventional purchasing processes, while qualifying, aligning, and advising clients, and collaborating internally to shape strategies with clients.
• Building a strong pipeline of opportunities through strategic bulk purchases and long-term partnerships with targeted customers is essential.
• Driving identified opportunities to closure in collaboration with relevant market commercial teams is a key responsibility.
• Accountable for leading the market commercial team throughout the deal cycle, ensuring alignment among all necessary internal stakeholders.
• Quickly establishing relationships and credibility with account communities and customers is fundamental.
• Exhibiting exceptional strategic selling skills and spearheading the implementation of outcomes selling strategies: Provocation, positioning our Point of View, Qualification, Advising, aligning with customers, negotiation, and contingency planning - in close collaboration with account communities.
• Collaborating closely with the GM of Strategic Solutions to inform and support the development and testing of new offerings.
• Demonstrating mastery of the structures, limitations, and flexibilities of new offerings as the representative within account communities when applicable.
• Expanding sales expertise to actively represent GEHC’s complete portfolio of solutions, including Imaging, Ultrasound, Service, LCS, HEF, and Digital PDx products & capabilities.
• Adhering to all relevant GE policies, procedures, and operational practices.
• Actively engaging in company initiatives as per organizational needs and management direction.
• Ensuring knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity, and company policies.
• Extensive experience in architecting strategic, commercially successful multi-modality solutions.
• At least 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry and Imaging.
• Strong understanding of health system operations and financial management.
• Proven history of engaging with and advising senior healthcare executives.
• Experience in organizational leadership, showcasing the ability to lead teams directly and indirectly and influence effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of the GE Healthcare portfolio.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% to support deal pursuits within US and Canada.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, demonstrated ability to analyze financial information clearly and generate alternatives.
• Exceptional business acumen, capable of prioritizing, strategizing for success, and coaching teams toward successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, experienced in working across multiple levels, functions, and regions; capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Effective at cultivating relationships throughout the organization and with customers.
• Proficient in managing conflict, utilizing constructive conflict to unite teams and strategies.
• Strong PC skills, with experience in financial applications including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.
• Demonstrated key account management and project planning skills.
• Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking abilities to foster a collaborative culture at all levels.
• Ability to cope with pressure, working productively in a high-stress environment while maintaining composure during challenging situations.
• High-level presentation skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas to executives in a manner that fosters understanding and impact.
• Extensive knowledge of GE Healthcare and its products and services, with 5+ years of experience within GE Healthcare preferred but not required.
