This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations that articulate our products and integrations for both prospective and existing clients.
• Design, develop, implement, and oversee customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects.
• Create custom reports and dynamic dashboards tailored for prospective clients' management teams.
• Provide support for the functional and technical aspects of RFPs.
• Stay informed about new feature releases and maintain up-to-date demo environments for sales.
• This position will provide support to customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing agentic workflow automation utilizing AI platforms, including autonomous agents for task orchestration, multi-step decision-making, and cross-application integrations to promote scalable enterprise productivity.
• Over 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role within technology. Ideally in pre-sales, but equivalent experience in consulting, implementation, or sales enablement is also acceptable.
• At least 2 years of proven success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of the application deployment processes that facilitate successful Cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to influence technical and executive audiences toward achieving desired outcomes.
• A creative problem solver who is eager to learn new technologies and possesses a sufficient technical background to assist with lightweight custom solutions.
• Proven ability in business process mapping and diagramming, with experience in consumption-based selling and value selling to drive customer outcomes and align solutions with business objectives.
• Practical experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
