• Promote and sell Identity Security Solutions.
• Surpass quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Create business strategies tailored to the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement initiatives through partners.
• Guide technical resources in showcasing the benefits of SailPoint.
• Follow up with clients and manage all phases of the sales process.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the territory, including clients and competitors.
• Effectively engage in discussions with stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree or its global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills during initial engagements and discovery calls.
• Highly skilled in articulating the value of SailPoint solutions and comparing them with competitors such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience during discovery calls.
• Proficient in leading a virtual team to achieve sales victories.
• Ability to develop territory or opportunity plans throughout the sales cycle.
• Engage with customers and business partners while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• This position expects approximately 50% business travel annually.
