• Surpass revenue targets on both a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Address each customer’s and partner’s distinct inquiries with precise information and customized solutions that meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Create business plans that align with your designated territory.
• Engage strategically with customers and business partners to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Work in collaboration with marketing to devise and implement marketing strategies with partners and end users.
• Follow up on all provided leads and ensure the internal systems are updated accordingly.
• Guide the relevant technical resources to showcase SailPoint's benefits to the customer.
• Manage and oversee all components of the sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing activities.
• Proficient communicator during initial engagements and discovery calls, adept at analyzing prospect needs to qualify opportunities.
• Highly skilled in understanding and articulating the value of SailPoint solutions and how they compare to those offered by Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first discovery call, utilizing skills to competitively position our solutions.
• Capable of leading a virtual team composed of partner resources, presales, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success to achieve sales victories.
• Able to develop a territory or opportunity plan that outlines the necessary steps to progress from discovery to subsequent stages in the sales cycle.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field is preferred but not mandatory.
