• Drive revenue growth in alignment with the category strategies and profit goals of the organization.
• Identify and engage with Large Enterprises aiming for improved outcomes.
• Propose sales enhancements based on market research and competitor evaluations.
• Generate business opportunities through focused and professional prospecting and lead generation.
• Facilitate discussions with senior executives regarding their business requirements.
• Lead negotiations on client contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure adequate protections are established.
• Guide prospects through to contract award, encompassing proposal presentations and the successful implementation of solutions with clients.
• Cultivate, strengthen, and sustain high-level relationships with current and potential business partners to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
• Build a pipeline of viable opportunities that surpass sales quotas while staying updated on prospects.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including proposals, scoping, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and retention in collaboration with the Account Management and Operations Teams.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Provide accurate forecasts of new lead generation and report on sales cycle status using CRM tools on a weekly basis.
• Develop and maintain customer business plans that outline strategies, objectives, and tactics for achieving success with clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure alignment with the customer strategy.
• Act as a business and sales representative as appropriate in customer, industry, and business settings.
• Manage the customer relationship both internally and externally, which includes understanding the Profit & Loss for the account, ensuring collection of outstanding Accounts Receivable, and addressing customer issues related to products or services.
• Oversee and contribute to special projects as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years of program, solution, or consultative selling experience at senior corporate levels, with a minimum of three years in a senior management role.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Exceptional sales abilities, lead development, and qualification skills, particularly at the executive level.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation and demonstration skills in person and via phone/web.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Moderate understanding of information technology.
• Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply modern technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
